Our stay exceeded all expectations! The home is beautiful, warm, comfortable, and well-appointed. Lisa has thought of everything! We were able to truly rest and relax in a special place with beautiful surroundings. The area has many things to do if you want adventure, activity, and restaurants as well. We will return!

This home was absolutely beautiful and just what we needed to celebrate my partners birthday and our anniversary. Lisa was so communicative, we had a little hiccup with the water not getting hot in the primary. She tested as much as possible and accommodated us as well. We will 100% be returning and passing this home along to any of our friends who need a really peaceful get away.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The Airbnb is truly beautiful, and the views are beyond breathtaking, even better than the pictures. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it could not have been a more perfect and peaceful place to celebrate such a special time in our lives. The surrounding area is just as wonderful. The locals were very kind and welcoming, and there are plenty of places to explore, eat, and enjoy nearby. We also loved how close it is to Tennessee, which made it easy to visit even more scenic spots. Lisa was very attentive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and that everything went smoothly. Everything about this stay felt special, relaxing, and memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

This was our family’s second stay at the property, I think our first-ever “return visit” on Airbnb. We had great memories from the first visit and high expectations…this time didn’t disappoint! The house is incredibly well designed and built, on a very secluded lot with amazing views out of almost every window. Whether you’re in one of the beds, lounging on the sofa, dining at either table, or even cooking in the kitchen…everywhere you look you can see for miles. We LOVED our second visit and hope to be back again.

Our stay was amazing. Such a relaxing and peaceful Airbnb. It felt so homey and the views were amazing. We took the drive to Penland to view the gallery which was a fun outing and took advantage of the great hiking nearby. My daughter loved using the binoculars to look for wildlife and watch the bird nest in the yard. This was my favorite Airbnb stay to date and we would love to return!

My favorite Airbnb experience to date! The home is absolutely beautiful, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into every detail. Lisa was a great host- so kind and responsive throughout the stay! The views are really special, and somehow it’s all even better than the pictures. The home is also very private, with all the windows and outdoor spaces looking out onto the views with no neighbors in sight, it truly feels like a little oasis. The location is perfect. Close enough to get anything you might need, but far enough to really feel the peace and quiet. The only hard part was leaving! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed at. The view was gorgeous, and there's a super cute coffee shop right up the road at the craft school which was a fun surprise. I was so so happy with how many towels were provided, and everything was lovely and clean. Lots of space to relax and cook and be peaceful!

An exquisite home in beautiful surroundings! Lisa’s place was a wonderful home base for a weekend getaway with my best friend, and you can’t beat the views. Delicious restaurants a short drive away with homemade and local delights. What a fun trip!

Lisa’s place was beautiful! My fiancé and I loved the decorations, pottery, artwork, and attention to detail. We also like to cook and the kitchen was so well stocked including good knives (home chefs know how important a decently sharp knife is and some airbnbs don’t “cut” it). The view looking out to Mt Mitchell was wonderful to wake up to and the amount of windows and sliding glass doors let so much beautiful natural light in. Even little things like the heated master bathroom floor and a nice sized kitchen sink were amazing little touches. I would definitely stay here again.

We extremely loved this amazing cabin! The entire place is big enough for families - esp with children. We have everything we needed and the place was clean. Lisa is a very helpful and friendly host! Communicates clearly. We will definitely come back. If you are lucky enough - you might catch some flurries while you stay during winter time. :)
